I use an attuned somatic inquiry as a way to explore your body and your psyche-soul, which I call your body-soul. My approach is psycho-spiritual which means we work with your psychological content from an integrated psychological and spiritual perspective. This process allows you to bypass your usual mental thinking mind and sense and feel directly into your experience.
In a compassionate and gentle way your resistances are clarified as we come to understand how useful they have been for you. Your soul naturally and easily relaxes so you directly discover your unfettered soul nature in the exquisite preciousness of the moment.
As you feel into your experience it naturally reveals unconscious patterns, illuminating your intra-psychic and soul based truth of where you are. This can be profoundly transformative.
I will help you learn how to sense into your experience and allow the words to flow from your experience instead of your mind. I will teach you as part of our on going inquiry how to inquire and over time you will naturally use the practice of inquiry in your life. For those who are interested I will teach you a meditation practice that is supportive to your process and our work together.
Body-soul inquiry allows you experience a deepening embodiment so you can live a life filled with soul, a life that embodies the mysterious beauty and majesty of our being.
Our work together is precious, governed by our feeling that working together feels like the right fit. You should be able to feel that I see you, and can be there for you in a real way. And from time to time when I don’t see you I will create a safe environment to explore how this is for you so that you can eventually see yourself, grow and mature.
My approach is holistic, comprehensive, integrating the body mind & spirit. This is truly a Mindfulness Approach. You will come to know yourself as a multidimensional being. This is not what is sometimes called a “spiritual bypass” therapy, because we work with the psychological dimension from the profundity of the perspective from the spiritual dimension all of this through the body. It is integrative. It is real, substantial, and with our work together you will feel the power of transformation as you walk your path in your life.
I recommend you read my commentary on fear and the courage to be present in the moment.
“The Church says: the body is a sin.
Science says: the body is a machine.
Advertising says: The body is a business.
The Body says: I am a fiesta.”
