Spiritual Dimension of my work has many different meanings for different people. I will attempt to offer my approach, feel free to call me and ask any questions you might have about this. My approach has a Spiritual Dimension that is the underlying core of my work. This is not a religious approach. Spiritual means that you discover and experience your deepest truth of who you are and begin to act from your authentic self. This is a journey that begins with being where you are, and bringing what you are interested in and/or your particular concerns into our exploration. Our exploration naturally and easily uncovers layers in our psyche which helps us understand ourselves in a real way. The deepening understanding is impactful, that begins the process of finding a real way to be who you are, communicate from your deeper truth and opens you to yourself in a way that is truly transformational. And in relationship you can more easily open yourself from a heart fueling a real connection and mature love. This process begins to reveal qualities and aspects of your nature that have been hidden or obscured by false beliefs, attitudes, or some form of distortion. These qualities are part of you and support you in becoming your deepest most cherished self.
There is a continual unfolding of yourself, allows you to access qualities such as: joy, inner support, true relationship, pleasure, all shades of love, objectivity among others. The exploration includes an exploration of and through your bodysoul, where bodily tensions patterns reveal through breathwork what it is that you have been holding. This approach gives you a direct experience of yourself through your bodysoul awareness and begins to soften the tensions as you work through the feelings. This process clarifies your psyche/soul and you begin to experience and come to know yourself in a whole new way.
I would like to invite all sincere candidates for a journey of discovery and realization of your deeper self which brings deep satisfaction and happiness.
“If you are unable to find the truth right where you are, where else do you expect to find it.”
